In my practice, I use storytelling to communicate ideas. The stories are based on my memory and experiences of encounters with people and their lives. They explore the conditions of human relationships, ethics, languages, and the course of lives. According to the subjects of the stories, images are composed and taken from existing materials before they get arranged for the stories. As the stories consist of entwined narratives, the organization of the images involves physical and visual layering. When this process of layering is recorded along the narration of the stories, it becomes a tool for editing that examines the effect of digital tools as well as the traditional form of film editing.
